(g) termination (h) memo & notices (i) file incident reports as per legal procedure
  • Verify, Process and administrate Claims Forms, Returns, Filings under Labour Law
  • Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and other Inspections / Audits with the HRM
  • Duly get the Performance Appraisal Documentation Completed from the Employees
  • Prepare a Consolidated Performance Appraisal Report for final sign off by the HRM
  • Prepare Employee Engagement & OD Reports from the Programs, Facilitate Surveys etc
  • Administrate Company Policy & Discipline, within the Legal Framework of Labour Laws
  • Prepare TNA Report, T&D Budget, Calendar, and Organize T&D Programs on schedule
  • Duly get T&D Feedback Forms Filled, prepare and consolidate Training Feedback Reports
  • Assist the HRM in preparing Forms for Factory Act and Contract Labour Compliance
  • Verify JRF’s as per SOP from HoD’s and accordingly prepare Recruitment Calendar
  • Prepare JD’s, Questionnaires, Validation Sheet, Recruitment Trackers & MIS
  • Post Ad’s, Search Databases, Screen and Shortlist Candidates for in-person interviews
  • Maintain database / MIS of interviewed candidates and roll out offers to selected candidate
        Duration of the Program is 1.5 months to 3 months
        The Fee for the Program is payable in two installments
