This has reference to my discussions regarding the HR Generalist Training Program, which I  have enrolled from Career Factory for my Professional Skill Upgradation.

​

In regard to the same I hereby solemnly resolve and state that:-

​

1. That I have enrolled for Module 1 to 13, that is, HR Generalist Payroll, Compliance and Managerial Training program.

​

2. That I have agreed to pay the Fee of Rs.22,000/- for the above mentioned Modules / Program in 3 installments.

 

3. That I have paid an amount of Rs.8,000/- towards my first installment on 16th October 2021 and shall remit the Balance of Rs.14000/- in two equal installments before the near Completion of Module 5 or 21 days from the commencement of the Program (whichever is earlier)

4. That I request you to kindly share the requisite Module Wise, materials as per the course requirement, from time to time .

5. That I shall not share, publish or disseminate the Screenshots, Documents, Excels and Other Confidential Material gathered during my tenure with Career Factory and also that has been provided to me by Career Factory.

​

6. That, I shall not directly or indirectly compete with the businesses of Career Factory and / or act in conflict with its Directors, Partners, Faculties, Associates, Clients or any other Related Entity.

​

7. That I shall not solicit any Associate, Employee or Trainee of Career Factory for Employment or Commercial Opportunity during and after the course of my Association with Career Factory.
